The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD&GR), is implementing the Catch the Rain campaign under the overarching Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari (JSJB) initiative. The campaign aims to accelerate rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, rejuvenation of water bodies and other water conservation interventions across the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).
